The Red Bull 400 had its third edition in Tauplitz/ Bad Mitterndorf with runners from 15 nations and all passed winners as well as the who-is-who of the mountainrunning scene in the line-up. Passed records fell one after the other, Andrea Mayr (AUT) won the womens race with an impressive time of 5:34,10 minutes, which would have brought her in 5th place in the mens race. Ahmet Arslan was able to beat his own record from 2011 by several seconds.
