They were all very accommadating, friendly and helpful. We especially loved the service we received at the Piano Bar from Midalis Ozoria. She was one of the reasons why most of the couples there would continuously frequent that bar and the pool area. Very friendly staff, excellent food, and a beautiful setting. We rented a loft townhouse with private practice pool. It was excellent. Minuses: They could have an area where the younger couples could listen to music at the beach without having to go to the side with children. My husband and I were getting nasty stares from other customers for listening to music from our phones at the beach. Apparently we were entitled to several benefits as a preferred members including discounts on extras like messages and a private dinner on the beach. We did not know this until our last day.
