Stainless steel scrap including but not limited to tubes, hoses, gears, housings, diffusers, matrix cans, covers, and headers. Grades of stainless including, but not limited to, 301, 316, 321, A286, AM 355, 410, 17-4PH, 347, and some Inco 750 by sample. The pile also contains low grade stainless which is magnetic. Loose on ground. Other ferrous, non-ferrous, and non-metallic materials present. Buyer load. No culling allowed by buyer. All scrap under this contract requires mutilation by the buyer prior to removal if allowed by the base or mutilation must be witnessed and certified by DoD personnel at another facility. Title to the material does not pass to the buyer until the scrap has been mutilated. Buyer agrees to allow USG personnel to witness destruction.
