With the plugin installed and activated there will be an Email Users area added to your menu items. You will be able to send individual messages to specific users or you can send a message to user groups. You will be able to add your subject and message, and even select specific user groups to send your message to. If you go under Email Users, User Settings you can even prevent emails from sending to specific users.
