I found it on youtube and I am going to show you how to fix this problem yourself, no software, no editing, anyone can do it! I am playing it on PC but I think it will work with XBOX and PS3 but I know it works for PC! So if you have this problem just when you load it click on Campaign and if it does not come up Resume Game first time go back to main menu and click on Campaign again and it should come up resume menu.
