Even though the effect was originally achieved with a program, we thought we could have fun and get a similar effect with… a plastic bag! To make the plastic bag look like it's moving in the frame, you have to rehearse and be patient. This approach is good for staged videos, but not for video reportage. You could try it using a colored bag, too, but it has to be transparent. Let's go for the next example - light flares! The lens is constructed of a number of layers of glass, each refracting the beam, and creating intricate flares. There are similar flares in the Filters tab, but it takes a bit more effort to make them look realistic because they move a bit, so your frame has to move in the same direction. If you want to achieve this exact effect, try to use a flashlight or other light sources in the frame.
